Acestea au trecut printr-un amplu proces de renovare. Acest portofoliu era singurul de pe piata imobiliara din Romania, cu cladiri in majoritatea municipiilor resedinta de judet.<\/p><p><strong>Informatii relevante:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>suprafata construita a tuturor cladirilor - 47.000 mp<\/li><li>pre\u021b de vanzare - <strong>46 milioane EUR<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Dupa achizitionarea portofoliului, am inceput un proces major de renovare pentru modernizarea cladirilor. Proiectarea, avizele legale si supravegherea lucrarilor au fost realizate de echipa noastra.
