The project consists of approximatively 4,000 sqm of land with two retail boxes. One KFC Drive Thru which is the first in Hunedoara, second box is 450 sqm Pepco. The total investment will be well over 1 mil EURO upon completion. Delivery will be august of 2023, the project is currently under construction.
