Danubiana Strip Mall – Ongoing Project

Our newest development is a Strip Mall on a plot of land we own in Popesti-Leordeni, one of the suburbs of Bucharest. Located next to Leordeni Road, close to the Bucharest Ring Road, the project will have a built area of 18,000 sqm and parking for 500 cars.

With a diverse and attractive tenant mix, the commercial complex is planned to be delivered by the end of 2026.
