More than 60,000 sqm of commercial area, including a parking structure on two levels (underground & ground) for 1,800 cars.
A project developed by us from land acquisition, through design, legal permissions, construction works, connection to the public roads and utility networks, leasing the entire retail spaces and facility management after completion of the buildings.
