Adrian has an experience of 37 years in engineering, 27 years in construction management and 19 years in the field of real estate project development.
With such experience, he takes care of everything that involves on going and successful completion of a project, from checking the documents of the land to be built on and related utilities, coordinating phases of design, procurement and negotiation with suppliers, assuring the planning and cost control, monitoring the contractors on site till the participation at the reception of works.

Ana started her career in the legal field 20 years ago. She has particular experience in real estate, assisting in all legal aspects of real estate development, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and post-acquisition issues.
Other areas of practice include experience in labor law and insolvency procedures, providing assistance with regard to individual and collective employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, termination of employment contracts and various aspects related to insolvency and restructuring.

With over 30 years of experience in providing financial-accounting services, Mrs. Petre joined the team in 2008, managing the financial-accounting department for companies from several fields of activity.
A graduate of the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, with numerous continuous professional training courses within CECCAR and taxation and accounting courses organized by the Ministry of Public Finance, she makes the necessary efforts to bring all the projects started to a successful conclusion, always following the medium and long-term results.
