Avrig Business Center Office Building
The company's first project, Avrig Business Center, located on Avrig St. no. 3&5, in Bucharest, was a resounding success. Located in the transportation hub of Bucharest, with the construction completed ahead of schedule and below budget. The building won the Design Award of the Union of Architects. The building was leased to the main mobile phone operator in Romania – Vodafone (former Mobifon).
